Investing in this project is definitely a good choice. It can make many profits as it is a prime location and this great land can't be found anymore in Bangkok. It is next to the Chao Phraya River and next to the Bang Pho MRT station, which is convenient for traveling. Also, it is accessible via various roads, convenient. Besides, the neighborhood is surrounded by all the amenities. It's easy to cross the Thon Buri. The project is luxurious and great decorated. The room I bought offers the Chao Phraya River view, and it's such the best feeling in the world when waking up every morning and commuting with a nice view. The facility is completely covered, including a pool and a gym with a panoramic city view. The atmosphere is fantastic. And I believe that there are still a lot of people looking for a room like this. Awesome!
