To get there by car, start from Silom Road, turn left to Surawong Road and drive for 130 meters. You will reach Surawong Intersection, turn right onto Charoenkrung Road and drive for 400 meters; then, you will find the project.
To get there by public transport,
- You can take buses No.36, 93, and 16 to Si Phraya Pier bus stop, walk southernly for 150 meters to the south to the project.
- If you travel by BTS: get off at Saphan Taksin station and head towards The Shangri-La Hotel side. Go down the main road until you reach Robinson Bangrak Department Store. Find the bus stop at Bangrak Market 3 and take the bus No. 35 to Si Phraya 2. Then, walk for 150 meters to the project.

It was a good environment, beautiful design, and a feeling of luxury at the condo in the city center reputed as The Room Charoenkrung 30, where I came to rest. I was very impressed with the lovely, friendly, and helpful staff. As a foreigner who spends vacation time and visits my son working in Bangkok, I want to say that it is the greatest vacation experience ever. It is near many convenient places such as Siam Center, Siam Paragon, St. Louis Hospital, and many convenience stores. Therefore, it is quite convenient to live here. I rate it 10/10.

Quality condo from famous project owners like Land & House; I can say that the investment is definitely worthwhile. My room is a 2-bedroom unit consisting of a master room and a small bedroom. But I collapsed the small bedroom into a dressing room with 2-bathrooms, the interior was spacious and decorated luxuriously. Most furniture brands are imported. The common area has a swimming pool, reception, fitness center, and many facilities. The location is good, although it is a bit far from the BTS station, it is close to the department store like ICON SIAM, it is very convenient.

I used to meet my friend here as she's been moved here. It's a nice condo, luxuriously and modernly designed. Also, the security system is very strict, which non-residents are not easy to enter the condo if without any residents coming to take them. It is such a great point, providing a high-privacy to the residents. Besides, the atmosphere is also nice, giving the scent of living at home. However, my friend's room is 1 bedroom, and the room decor is very nice and arranged into zones. The scenery at night is lovely, suitable for relaxing, sipping a glass of wine, and listening to the music, it's so cool! Whenever I describe her condo, I will stay again for about 2 days!

I'm a freelance photographer who likes to go traveling around to take pictures of different places. I believe each place has its uniqueness. This time I decided to visit Bangkok in the Charoenkrung area. I thought I'd spend three months here as I wanted to work and relax at the same time, so I found this condo. It's near places that I wanted to visit, such as Yaowarat road, where you can find local food, and Khao San road, the entertainment venue. There are also historical attractions in this area, such as Wat Arun and Wat Phra Kaew. I would say that it's two months that I never get bored. I usually took a taxi to get to many places. However, it might be pretty hard to get to places for those who own their cars. There are still nearby bus stops, but I don't know much about it. You may need to ask the staff or local people there. The room that I'm staying in is one-bedroom. It's pretty large compared to other projects. It's fully- furnished one, so it's ready to move in. The price is a bit high compared to other accommodation. There are many cheap hostels around the area, but I'm willing to pay more to buy privacy and convenience. I reckon it's always worth it. The facilities in the project include a gym, sauna, swimming pool. Overall, I like this condo and think it's worth the money.

It is a condo in the city center that is easy to travel to and is extremely convenient. I just moved in for a while and loved it. Walking to Sukhumvit MRT station is only about 10 minutes. This area is an office district and full of shopping centers, easy to find things to eat and shop. I'm very impressed with the location. Also, the room I live in is a 1 bedroom, suitable for 1-2 people and offering a breathtaking city view. There are many condo services, whether it is a swimming pool, a fitness room, a reading room, and a laundry service. The condo price is considerably reasonable, impressive !!
