detached house project With a view near Krungthep Kreetha Golf Course, accessible from 2 routes "Srinakarin-Romklao Road and Krungthep Kreetha Road", there is a Community Mall in front, convenient for shopping. with a space to exercise a variety of activities with W Fitness.
The location here is very good, on both sides of the road, easy to get in and out, there is a community mall.

I decided to buy here because this house provides all my needs and our family's needs! First of all, it is the location. It is considered perfect because it is located in the middle of the city center and the suburbs. Therefore, when going in and out of the city, it is also very comfortable. But don't worry, in front of the village there is The Park, a shopping mall that allows us to shop for food and daily necessities. Next to it, it is W Fitness, which we can use for both fitness and the swimming pool for free for 3 years. The house we live in is a 4 bedroom with 6 bathroom house. I must say that the project has laid out a well-planned house plan, organizing every area inside the house to look fit enough. The decoration is also considered okay; it doesn't look so grand, but it is simple and not outdated. The furniture that is supplied is of good quality, and the price is reasonable. Can't wait for the project to complete!
