high quality european style building. solid construction and string walls (very important for soundproofing). most of modern condos have thin walls and you can hear your neighbours. not in royal residence. we will be back here for sure.

highest building in pattaya, luxury finish, impressive materials, view of pattaya bay or koh larn or jomtien beach. onsen on the 49th floor! and swimming pool at the 67th! we were able to buy one of the rare 40m2 (the biggest balcony) and we can't wait. the manufacturer sends pdfs with photos of the progress every 45-60 days. bcp better than in france

the residence is private and very livable. the project is small with not many houses, enabling the management team to provide comprehensive service. i was very impressed by the excellent after-sales service. i bought one and also recommended the project to friends. the project has a great security system. there is a security guard on duty 24 hours a day, and the location is excellent, quiet but conveniently close to sukhumvit road, and famous tourist attractions.

this project specifically meets the needs of investors who are looking to invest in the condo because it is in a perfect location for both thai and foreigners for rental investment, adjacent to utapao-rayong-pattaya international airport and the pier. the residents who live in this area are using a simple life. the atmosphere is quiet, and not difficult to get to pattaya city. in addition, this project is designed in terms of eco because it focuses on energy efficiency. there is a spacious common area that feels like a hotel and offers restaurants and bars in the project. it has convenient transportation because the project provides a shuttle service to various locations and additional services to the resident that is valuable for my money.

my foreign husband and i bought a room in this condo 5 years ago. we visit pattaya once a year and stay for several months each time. because it has lasted for decades, many people might have thought it is an old condo. nevertheless, the building has been well maintained. it doesn't look old. above all, this condo prioritizes large-scale rooms. some of these rooms are bigger than the entire house. we purchased a 3-bedroom unit. the room is quite large, the furniture is tastefully designed, and it has a large balcony overlooking the sea. plus, the common areas are relaxing parts making this condo better because there are many facilities available, such as a swimming pool, saunas, tennis courts, and gardens, all of which are always taken care of by the staff, as for the security system, it's strict from the entrance. what a great place!

it is a new project that has just finished this year. i was lucky to find it. the condo is in an excellent location with only a short walk to bang saray beach. it's a residential neighborhood because i saw many accommodations lined along the alley, whether condos, houses, or hotels. there are several eateries. the surrounding atmosphere is quiet and not busy at all. the project offers two choices for the room types. i bought a one-bedroom unit with a larger usable area. the selling price is reasonable compared to good materials. personally, i think it's worth it!

the project has a serene atmosphere because it is located in a pretty deep alley away from the main road. it's very private. and, because there aren't many units, the neighbors aren't bothered either to meet the needs of those interested in living in isolation. it takes less than 5 minutes to get to bang saray beach, which has everything you need, including hotels, shops, and restaurants. it is also close to famous attractions such as nong nooch garden and khao chi chan. anyway, i recommend having a private car because you can easily go around.

the project is located in a tranquil setting that is suitable for living. there are nice and friendly neighbors. my house is a 2-story with 3 bedrooms and spacious space, which is completely standard furniture. each house is surrounded by a fence, giving a sense of excellent privacy. it is in a good location on the main road, making it easy to travel to various destinations. the project is surrounded by numerous amenities, such as famous golf courses, including pattaya country club and parichat international golf links, which are only a short distance away.

royal hill has a great location, on the baht bus route, with easy access to jomtien, pattaya and the beach. many bars and good restaurants within walking distance. also close by is a 24 hour supermarket and the bus station to suvarnabhumi airport. the condo has a large pool and the usual facilities of a gym, 24 hour security and under cover parking. a 7/11 right outside. the condos here are particularly good value in the 40-45,000 sqm range well below that charged by the more modern developments. also very good size units non under 40 sqm.
