i am very interested in this project and still researching the information. i went to look at the mock-up room and liked it very much. the room is excellent, the location is good, located in soi phrom phong, only 450 meters from the main street, good access to public transportation such as bts, mrt, arl, or taxi. the project uses only the best materials for every room. it is very durable, so the price is extremely reasonable. there are many common facilities available for residents of all ages. i think i will often use an indoor pool to avoid sun damage. i personally think their price is quite high, but it will be extremely valuable.

you should consider that on the right side there is a massive secondary school campus with football field and swimming pool right behind. highly inflated price considering that there is constant disturbance from the busy school. not to mention the traffic.

this 4-bedrooms villa-style is suitable for a large family because there are up to 4 bedrooms decorated with quality furniture. the villa has a large living area allowing the residents able to allocate the spaces as needed. also, the design has been taken into account of the elderly convenience as well, very excellent! the location is also perfect because the sukhumvit 39 area has a wide variety of restaurants and is surrounded by a never-ending lifestyle center and various shopping malls like emporium and emquartier. besides, it is a japanese residential area. it is also convenient for those who have children because there are many famous schools and universities nearby, such as nist international school, srinakharinwirot university, and the asb international school; our kid is studying at. in terms of transportation, in this area, there are also sukhumvit bts skytrain and a blue line of mrt stations to support travel as well.

i have the opportunity to visit the project's mock-up room. i must say that i am so impressed. the building is beautiful, elegant, and modern. it comes with complete furniture in the common area, so there is no need to get anywhere. what i like the most is the parking area, which has over 300 cars and a supercar parking zone. there's also an ev charger, so it's very responsive. the condo is located in the city center, on sukhumvit road, only 400 meters from the thonglor bts station, and surrounded by amenities that are within walking distance. prices are a little high. however, when you consider the benefits you will receive in the future, it is a very worthwhile investment.

i had accidentally visited this condo as i got to wrong place. however, it turned out that staff are nice and security guard helped me find a correct place. i also had chance to see how well they maintain the building and with high privacy. only 4 units per floor and total 38-39 unit owners only. staff knows every person stay there so it is very safe, i think. location is great too as it located in beginning of sukhumvit road, a heart of bangkok. price is not that high compare to other condos in same area so i think this is a gem.
