for the price available, in my experience this is one of the better projects to live in the phra khanong / on nut area due to its regular maintenance and facilities and proximity to the bts . real community feel within the secure estate.

one of pruksa’s first developments in this area. fuse mobius has features that have been cut out in more recent pruksa developments like the plum and the privacy. fuse was given a large private garden, lucky back then, it’s off the main road so it’s quieter, and was given architectural “funkiness” that more recent pruksa condos seem to miss out on. fuse was received all the benefits being the first in lower ramkhaemhang road. great condo.

it is a luxury house in english style. relatively high price but i can say that i am not disappointed that i decided to buy here. it's worthwhile. the house that we decided to buy is a 2-story house with 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms. it has a large usable area. the interior is decorated with furniture from world-famous brands. more importantly, the house is decorated to be open to nature at all times. it is also conducive to the life of the elderly to be as comfortable as possible. besides, this project offers privacy to the residents with a limited number of houses, only 36 units on the 37-rai project area, suitable for those looking for a home with high privacy. in terms of location, i can say that this place has access to many amenities such as a famous shopping mall, leading educational institutions, including emporium, emquartier, central embassy, siam paragon, bangkok prep international school, brighton college international school, and bangkok patana international school. it's considered to be the perfect home for our family.

my family and i have a business in bangkok and have lived for many years. right now, we want to expand our office to provide our staff work comfortably. traveling is convenient. so we visited this project because it is a 5-story home office, sufficient for our staff. as for the price, it is not that expensive because traveling in this neighborhood is convenient, with many buses also running through several lines. it is pretty easy to travel by private car. it can easily connect to the center of bangkok. however, there are no amenities here. there will be no security guards, but there will be a cctv system for every house installed with a home automation system that will provide convenience to the residents. my family and i like car parking and a living room on the top floor with an utterly communal garden for leisure. my staff was able to go up and relax during the breaks comfortably. also, there is a private elevator for every house—anyone who wants a home that is easy to get to the city. i really recommend it.

if anyone likes modern and elegant decoration, it matches your needs, a single house in the city center that i've been buying here for a while. with a very good location near rama road 9- motorway, it is convenient to travel and what i like is the management system here because it is very professional. all staff members are lovely and helpful, as well as a quality environment and friendly neighbors, which satisfies every need perfectly. in addition, the project is located near lat krabang arl, so it is very convenient to travel everywhere. as for the nearby places that we can go to, there are department stores, hospitals, and restaurants. the project facilities and amenities cover my needs. i want everyone to stay here. i certify that i am indeed impressed.

the space and size is ideal for home office, and companies that need to visit client frequently because the building is next to the toll booth to enter the highway. some might say its a weird location, other will see the opportunity in it. good construction and spacious suitable for midsize sme . centrally located so you can all sides of the city, traffic jams will be the only problem,

the entire project concept is wrong. the design, layout and materials are below standards. it had sort of becoming a back alley ghetto condo attracting the wrong crowd. the mainroad onnut is vibrant and busy. they could use this land for better purposes

nice and peace resort style condominium with 2 super large swimming pool. easy access from srinakarin road and sukhumvit road and easy to rent out. juristic staffs are very friendly and helpful.

the building looks quite old, but inside the building is still strong. the room interior is only partly furnished. the balcony is too narrow, and the room is quite dense. the common area has a swimming pool. anyway, i rarely go to use it because of the crowd, especially in the evening. also, car parking is not enough for the numbers of residents. if talking about location, this neighborhood has a shuttle bus and buses sporadically. however, it is far from the bts station, if you have a private car it will be more convenient !!

the project site is tranquil, and the common area is surrounded by lush green gardens. the surrounding condo has many restaurants and shops, where you can easily buy some food. the room is simply decorated as it was completed many years ago, but partly-furnished provided. non-crowded location as it's far from the main road, perfect for relaxation. the facilities are considered okay, comprising a gym, a playground, cctv, and 24 hours security guards. anyway, there is no pool!
