"V Property Development", a new real estate development company, started doing real estate business about 10 years ago by developing "Surawong Place" and "Greenery Ville" village on Ramkhamhaeng Road. The company bought a serviced apartment, "V Residence", in Soi Sukhumvit 26 and took over "H Sukhumvit 43".
